Problem of Mathematics Teaching Learning Process

Mainly, problem of mathematics teaching learning process is caused by the teacher that can not inovate their teaching. The methode of teaching reflect the teachers ability to bring students to be an independent students. Generally, teachers applied the traditional teaching learning method in their class. Teacher as someone who gives materials, and students only as an audience who always think  that everything teacher said is correct.
The traditional method of teaching has various effect. It makes students passive, boring, even sleepy. Why? Because it just emphasize on transfer knowledge, it’s always monotone and rigid. There are not an interactive comunication between teacher and students too. So students do not have a place to have a curiousity in their lesson. So, that is why the students become passive boringg and sleepy.
Developing our will, our attitude, our knowledge, our skill, and our experience is not an easy way. We have to change our teaching learning methode, from traditional methode to facilitate methode.
The facilitate methode is placing students as seed. They will grow up to be great plant. This new methode makes students curious and growing their knowledge them self. They will growth with solar help. Where the teacher as a solar energy that facilitate students and do not doctrine students to be what they will.
This new methode needs a trust from all of teaching learning elements. This methode needs various kind of methode and resource to facilitate students. Without various methode and resource, teachers can not make the student grow up and up grade their self. Beside of two needed of its learning, there are four other elements to growing students ability, teachers must be
·         Constrict
·         Invent
·         Make it is like students own life  
·        Students own knowledge
Beside of all requirement to present a new methode in teaching learning process, not easy to accomodate lesson into the certain condition and situation. Commonly, problem education came from adult not from young. Our lesson is always scary and pressure. Because nowaday teachers are forcing their students to accept the science. Eventually, students can study from every source and everywhere. And the traditional methode is not appropriate again with the condition now. Students need the stimulus respon learning for their process such as question-answer, etc. Nowaday, students is unpredictable, so teachers must be creative, smart and able to face the unpredictable students.
The nature of all aspect of teaching learning process of mathematics for example
·         The nature of school mathematics
·         The nature of students learning mathematics
·         The nature of learning resource, etc.

The problem of Indonesian education is placing an education not in its way. Students in elementary school forced to learn formal education, not school education anymore. They will be stress in its material. Because formal education especially in mathematics is not an easy education for elementary students. Formal mathematics learn about the rigid mathematics, such as sum, multiple, division etc. It has been teached in the elementary school, in another side the elementary students are only have to know some about its. The elementary students have to solving a simple problem about mathematics and try to presented what they think to their friends to show, how far the students understand the lesson.
